Change allows you to easily update or import large volumes of data to IFS while working from Excel (web and desktop).

Service Requirements
Customer Obligations
The customer need to be able to publish the add-in manifest for selected users in the organization. Access to Customer IFS Cloud Buildplace is required to deploy custom projections. The service need to have access to IFS Cloud.

Applicable versions /dependencies to versions
IFS Cloud 23R1 and later. Support for IFS Cloud major release updates will be added within reasonable time.
Delivery pre reqs
User Access and Monitoring
User access is tied to the permissions in IFS Cloud to secure that the user can't access more data from Change than she has the right to. Monitoring is handled through Application Insights in Microsoft Azure.
Required Access
To deliver Change you need have access to deploy Office365 web add-ins using manifests.
Required Competencies
To build templates you need to know:
- Microsoft Excel (datatypes, formatting, data validation, lists etc.).
- How to navigate IFS Cloud API Explorer to select the right API
Recommended Competencies
Depending on the complexity of the templates you build you may need to know:
- IFS Cloud functional flows (for objects being created) including basic data etc. if you are building a template that creates or updates records.
- Projections for IFS Cloud if custom functionality is needed.
- Knowledge of IFS Lifecycle management (Build Place)
